I found these in my D90 ST when I bought it. Not certain what they are. Can anyone ID these parts, there are two and they a made of plasitc and mirror images of each other. I am going to try to attach a photo, but please forgive me if I mess it up. Thanks for any info.

Those are caps that are used to "finish" the front roll cage when you remove the rear roll cage.

Thanks for the quick response Mike! The mystery is solved. Just out of curiousity, why would anyone wish to remove the rear section of the roll cage anyway? Thanks again!

Wow! I forgot about those things.
Back in the day when the ST's were new, the safari cage extension was considered an option.
When the factory or dealers added the safari cage extension they removed those parts and gave them to the new owner.
Although most ST Defenders you see now have the full cage, there are still a few around without them. They have fastback tops and no rear seat.
I probably still have my set from when I purchased my ST.
Thanks for the flashback.

(There are a bunch more, but I got lazy :) )
