I have the original LT77 out of my NAS 110 which was replaced, according to the original owner, because the 2nd gear synchro was bad. I was told it still works, but 2nd is tricky, so basically, it should be taken apart, cleaned up, synchro replaced and you should be good to go. Would make a great backup for someone, or if you know yours is on its way out, rebuild this one and just swap it in in a couple hours.
