Does anyone have an LT 230 output flange to fit a defender with the bolts in good condition?

Probably.

Let me look, front or rear?

Ron

Edit: let me know if you really want it, as it is not apparent where it is in my attic.

What is wrong with the DII shaft?

I have three more of those shafts it you want another one to rebuild. One just need the center bit and has new U-joints already.

DII shaft went eccentric on me. I don't quite understand what happened since I shipped it from Russia in fine shape and got it back screwed up.

I sent it to Jon's Shafts and Stuff (the place that took care of Mike with Janey's driveshaft) and he can't find the correct parts to rebuild the CV portion, so he suggested rebuilding the DII shaft to fit the stock Defender flange instead of the DII pattern.

Follow-up Post:

Anyway, so I just want a stock flange so I can slap a stock shaft back on it. I don't want it sitting around shaftless while I've got people coming by to check it out.

"Well you see, all that extra driveline slop you feel is the fact that the front driveshaft is missing..."

Humm,

I will go dig. editP: found it and a box. email me your address again so i don't have to dig it up.

I managed to get Mike's visors, a T-case case ready to ship but I still need to get the fuel tank boxed up.

Ron

I bet google will tell you what the parts are for that CV edit precision 617
