Has anyone used www.landrovertechinfo.com? It looks like it has a wealth of useful info, but its a subscription service and I wanted to see if anyone knew anything about it before I plunked down my cash. Does anyone know how the documents are displayed? PDF would be too good to be true, because then you could save them for later.

I saw that they had info on the 97 D90, but when I entered my info, I used my US address, and I wasnt sure if it limited my view options to US spec models. So I'm not sure if that is the NAS 90, or 1997 in general.
Francesco - from what you looked at, is there other Defender info available to non-US users.?

I'd assume that its the NAS.

I actually bought a one-day subscription just to see how it worked. If you select NA on the first page then you can only view the NAS models after you log in, and only ROW models if you select ROW. A subscription only covers one or the other.
You cannot save the service manuals for later review, so unless you want to spend the money for a constant subscription to your model, the utility may be limited.
That being said, it is possible to save all the Tech Bulletins and if you have Acrobat, you can print to file and create PDFs of the wiring diagrams. The Service Manuals and Electrical Libraries are on-line only.

I do have a 1 year subscription (Rest of the World) Defender only wich covers Defenders from '95 to '03. From '95 we had 300 Tdi's and Td5's but '98 also has a the V8 50th Anniversary and I assume it's very close to your last D90. I do also have the pdf workshops (V8) and I can let you download if interested.

I appreciate the offer, but I realized I didnt make my purpose clear - I was reseaching ROW world spec stuff for my diesel conversion project. I already have the NAS stuff for my truck in hard-copy. Thanks again.
That being said, you dont have any good deals on wiring harnesses do you? If I could find a 1995 era 300tdi harness, I would be a happy guy. I have an alarm-spec harness on the way (long story), but the connectors are not compatible with any of the stuff in my truck, I either have to cut and splice alot, or I'm stuck buying all new switches and stuff.
Now I've gone and hi-jacked my own thread.

$10 to download NAS D-90 Manuals, Service Bulletins, Electrical Diagrams etc. Worth the $10 … absolutely! But be prepared to spend 5+ hours downloading if you want to save most of the files to your computer. Lots of time to download and I have a cable modem.
The Workshop manual for the NAS d-90 would take 100 hrs to download because they have every page set up as a .htm file not a big .pdf file so downloading this manual would suck! (it took about 3 min per page, I only tried 2 pages)
The Diagnostics Manual was a big .pdf file and it downloaded fast and has allot of info.

I thought the price was very reasonable too, so I didnt mind sending them a little bit of cash. Its a good task for an afternoon when you dont have a lot going on, but the investment of time is pretty worthwhile. Full-color wiring diagrams are the only way to go.
@ Fracesco - thanks for the offer, I'll likely take you up on it when I figure out exactly what I'm building. I'm mainly doing my research right now.
