Guys,
Recently picked up a 110 with rear tuffy boxes installed. Unlocked, but No keys! Any clue on how to get replacements or can I replace the locks all together? Please pm me if anybody has a solution. Thanks!

Call Tuffy. There is a number stamped on the lock - give that to them and they'll send you keys. Or you can order new locks from Tuffy,

They will ask you to fax a copy of the lock or photo of the lock and then they will send out the necessary key.

Same thing happened to me with my 109. They are very helpful but wont just send you keys without some proof of ownership. They asked me for a picture of the truck and license plate and a copy of my registration to prove i owned it.

Speaking as a 20+ year locksmith, IF it's a flat blade key (like a gas cap key) and not a tubular key, a good locksmith shop can make you one in a jiffy !

Tuffy keys are tubular. Troy Smith uses Tuffy locks on his boxes as well.

Actually, all the new Tuffy stuff seems to have gone to a double-side flat key similar to an ignition key - at least in the last 4 or 5 things I have purchased.

Easiest thing to do is just buy a new lock (comes with 2 keys) from Tuffy and drill out the old one. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
