dash mounted radio console

On occasion I need to fit two car seats into my D and on other occasions I need my inward facing seats... so I took out my center console and put in a center seat (so now I have a 7 seater like all the giant SUVs around) and fit two car seats next to me in front.

The problem is that now I'm without a radio. I'd rather not go with something as big as a MudUK or IronGoat dash... I wanted something that wouldn't require me to cut the dash up and saw hints of a standard landrover item the "dash mounted radio console" (see pics) but the normal outlets (atlantic rover etc.) don't seem to show any sign of it even existing.

Any clue where to get one of these? Anyone know if there are any installation issues or anything I need to be aware of?

i also took the console out to put a middle seat in. i did not want to cut the dash but after looking at different options decided to close my eyes and just do it. Turned out real nice and i am happy with it. i know it's not what you are looking for but thought i'd share what i did.
