Putting new heater and controls. My question is that both the heater connector (3 pin type), and the control harness connector (3 pin type) have two wires in common Green/Yellow and green/gray, but the heater end has a power lead and the control harness pin has a ground. I assume just connect the like wires for fan speeds, but can I just hook up the hot to a fused lead and the ground to the chassis? or is it more complicated than that?
