Thanks

I guess I should start to expect some problems then. I better start putting away a d90 repair fund.

If nothing is broke then nothing to fix, change your fluids regularly and you should be good to go.

Replace all oil, tranny and steering lines. Upgrade if you can to steel braiding lines.

02 sensors are SUPPOSED to be replaced at 82.5k.

FWIW that is about how long they last in my experience.

You guys did see the original post date on this thread of April 26th right?:grin

But the thread would not have been comprehensive without the "check plugs" advice. It very clearly needed to be resurrected for the sake of completion.

At the same point with mine too.... I'm doing the following, and about half done with it all. Got sidetracked by my wife's "You need to finish the Jeep project by next month, here's the money for parts" situation.

New fluids in everything that holds fluid (Engine, Tranny, X-case, brakes, Coolant, Axles)
New oil cooler lines, inspecting everything else such as brake lines, heater hoses etc...
New U-joints.
New fuel filter, PCV filter, clean the K&N air filter.
Gave the engine a Sea-Foam cleaning.
Inspect the brakes, replace parts as needed.

By 100k I also plan on a new camshaft, lifters, timing chain and head gaskets.
Just ordered the hard parts today actually.
