help with Vacuume lines

I have 2 vacuum lines that are not connected the truck is running rough w/ some missing. Can anyone show me where these connect.

Ok I found the vacuum line that was off to the intake. So what are these? breathers???

My axle breathers look like those, tucked up against the firewall. Hard plastic.

thanks I traced them and I think your right but there are 3 of them and I don't remember them sticking up so high before.

Rear axle, trans and t-case vents. there should also be a front axle vent tube as well..
