Tail Light Problems

My tail lights stopped working. The brake lights still work, but I have no running lights. I figured it was corroded connections, so I figured I would get the ECR LED's and fix this once and for all. The problem is, I still have no juice going to the running lights. The fuses are good. My connections are good. Does anyone have any advice on troubleshooting this problem?

there is a plug where the wiring harness for the rear of the truck attaches to the main harness. Its on the bulkhead behind the engine. Check with a multi meter to see if you have juice to that harness. Guessing you already know what color wire to check if you installed the new tailights.
