I have an ARB winch bumper with two Expedition Exchange recovery points (with backing plates), ARB clamp on CB antenna mount (easily removed), bottle opener, and two Hella 2000's with covers, billet aluminum hawse fairlead, high lift mounts, and 48' high lift. http://dividingcreekroverimports.com/yahoo_site_admin/assets/images/pickup1.60104323.jpg

$550

Thinking I'm just going to put the galvanized stock one back on.

How much work is it to fit it to a 90?

Should be none, unless Doug did something weird.

110 and 90 frame rail ends are the same. Bolts right on- but it is heavy. This was on Tony's white 90.

Trevor Griffiths put the hilift mounts on the bumper. They work very well.

Unless Doug's taken that 110 pickup wheeling really hard in the past few months, I can vouch for that bumpers' life. No hard hits (the trees always aimed for my fenders, not the bumper), all welds are good, minimal if any rust. It's been offroad, but never abused -- always had the mud hosed out, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to put it back on my truck.

pickup is the driveway queen. Tdi gets the hard work.

What does one of these things weigh? I guess I read it was the NAS 110 that used a different mounting kit.

The only problem with the NAS 110 is the pushed-out grill. I have a bumper that was simply adapted by a couple small trims on the a couple flanges that interfered. The "adapter" is nothing more than a small extender. The bumper weighs I think 75-80 pounds and probably the same again for a winch.

NAS 110 has a grill extension that sits out about 2 3/4 further (for its a/c system) than a 90 and uses an extension kit to keep the bumper clearance the same distance from the grill.

I would have guessed twice that weight Jim. I did a quick google and cant find the weight

I mean 150 or so for the total package. I can manhandle and even install an ARB (with no winch) by myself, and it must weigh less than a transfer case. If the bumper weighs much more than 100, I'd be surprised. I've got one sitting in my driveway, too bad I don't have a scale.

Sorry for the delay on this. I weighed mine last year and it was about 95 pounds.

How is the High Lift jack attached, is it easily removed? I mean the brackets.

two threaded posts fit through holes in the jack, Wingnuts hold it in place. It's removable in just a few seconds but more importantly is held on securely.

Do you have any pictures yet? Are you going to make it to any of the up-coming ROAV events here in Virginia? Thanks

I have the adapter if anyone is interested. I decided not to use it.

Doug, I would be all over this myself, if it wasn't for the fact that I purchased the tube bender, dies, steel to make my own.

Ho well ! But definitely a good deal to jump on.
