Galvanizing.

Any issues re-galvanizing the inner wheel arches? Looks like most of it has worn off with time, I was thinking blast, dip, and spray with bedliner to both provide durability and reduce noise. They don't 'look' like they'll warp but if someone has done it I'd appreciate knowing for sure :)

[Retrofit]

Sand blast away and hot dipped will be just fine, if it warps at all it will be minimal. Don't use bed liner over it' just Waxoil or equivalent will be fine and keep the truck somewhat clean in the winter.

Excellent! I think about half the 110 is blasted and awaiting galvanizing now :) if only I could get the new chassis faster.
