I have a pair of new heads for a 3.9L engine. I believe they are reconditioned, and not "new from the factory" I was going to use them for an engine rebuild, long story, but I no longer need them. They still look like new, only removed from the plastic for the pics.

$375 plus shipping.

They are reconditioned and said to have the updated valves.
