FS Defender aux heater

Defender under seat box aux. heater. As shown, with parts shown (heater unit and air intake grill, no other parts). Removed from 9K mile 1995 D90, it works just fine and the heater core is good.

Arrived and it is NICE. I had to take it apart to fish the styrofoam peanuts out, but that just gave me an excuse to reinstall the screws with wurth copper anti-sieze.

Now I have to figure out what parts I am missing.

Sorry, it was just a thumbs up for Mike post. If it makes you feel better I am going to jerry rig it into my RRC as the stock heater core went tits up so it won't make it into a defender for a while.

I have seen this same heater in all kinds of equipment, bulldozers, tractors, fire trucks, etc.

Yes, it was an optional extra. It is in the accessories catalog.
