Hi,

I have been waiting for years to get a D-90 and finally ready to make the plunge... Anyway, I am ideally looking for a 95 ST with relatively lower miles, 50-80K ideally, and priced reasonably. Looking for it to be close to stock, relatively low on rust and prefer the Red, Arles or Conniston. Shoot me a note if you have or know of one.

Thanks

Thanks, would consider a 94 as well, but prefer the 95. I do love the Arles.....

what are the differences between they 94 and 95. 3.9 vs 4.0?

I think the engine and the tail lights not sure there is much else different.

94 and 95 have the same engine.
95 had different tail lights, different door cards, r380 transmission, all terrain tires instead of mud terrains, belt rail top instead of snaps. At this point most 94s have the r380 transmission and belt rail tops. I say if want a stick just find the nicest one in the color you want regardless of the year.

Door pockets, cage, most 94s had the LT77, 94s have snaps for the tops, a few other things.

Square tail lights, series-style door check straps that don't hold the door open, and an ECU mounted to the bulkhead instead of the passenger side seat box.

94s did not have rivnuts on the capping on the tub for fiberglass hardtop install. Cloth v. plastic air intake hose

Available colors! Turn signals in the bumper! And they smell funny!

Rear seat wasn't standard in 94. Was it standard in 95?

Not standard in 95 either.

I don't think I have ever seen a 95 without it. We could do this for hours I am sure. Rear speaker housings are different as well. Oh and the rear door has a lock

Radios are different. Could not get a CD changer or sub in 1994.

My 95 didn't have a bench seat until I installed one, and I have the window sticker to prove its not stock - so there!

Wow! Not accusing you of anything. Just never saw one like it. I do remember seeing a 94 at the dealer in 1994 with steel wheels, no full cage, and no top.

Not true! Your memory is wrong! Joking!

No full cage and no top was relatively common (in fact, in 1995 you could still get no full cage as some came with the fastback or fiberglass HT), steel wheels I thought was a myth, but it was technically an option and there is a brouchure that shows a NAS D90 with steelies (disco I spares in silver).

Yeah the one I saw had the disco spare style steel wheels

I thought the Alloys where an option (at least in '94), but LRNA apparently decided all the trucks were to come with the optional Alloys, no?

I do realize there isn't very much different between the 94 and 95, so that is why I am also open to the 94. Have seen a couple of 94's with the LT77 and would like to avoid it, but that isn't a deal breaker either.
