Hot/Cold - Blue/Red Heater control cover

I'm sure this has been asked before, since I've only seen a few D90s WITH the cover, but since I'm new to the forum I'll go ahead and ask. Does anyone sell the annoying blue and red cover for the heater control, just to the left of the steering column? Or do you have to buy the entire dashboard to get the piece?!
