I'm not one to judge a truck by it's bumper (or grill) but I think the ARB is out of place too.

If not flares maybe front mud flaps, but I think if you ever get into mud of any kind you are going to one something to stop it kicking up into the truck. But tubing would be cool for protection.

Rovahfarm "antiluce" pins are the latches. $11 each. I don't have any spares (or I have one that had the bolt part sheered off).

Doesnt get more ghetto than those, but i wanted to drive it and they are bad about that here, I have a set up almost done on removable one that have bar stock as the mount...

OK the exo is on, the one of the gussets is on, and i just got the longer swaybar arms on...

I also got my exhaust done heres some pics... the muffler is a dynomax race bullet... sounds good and isnt loud at all!

OK few more updates.. i got on my RA tube doors on, I got my daughters Prp seat mounted in the back, the mount will also have a integrated cooler holder on one side and a tie down system on the other for my tool bag.

I put my small bumper back on, Im gonna bend a bull bar for it.

And i got a 120 mile freeway trip on her, and man does she drive great at 70!

I was thinking in a year or so ( after the rally carnage) ill probably build a different style cage, like a inside style, and then get it all painted...

We shall see... I want to get a 110, or a 110 truck next. so who knows..

Ok a few quick updates. Today i picked up my 35 qt engel, my rimmer supercharger ships tomorrow, and i almost have the swing down tire carrier finished. ill be out of town for 2 weeks starting tomorrow, then more updates at the speed of light..

Yes very much so im really happy wiht it all. a few things on the to do list.

- Re mount the front flares wtih a little trimming.
- get my new prototype roxtar fab bumper on ( should be done in a week or so)
- Trim my front coilover mount a 1.4 inch the spring hits the lower bar barely at full tuck.
- herculine the tub
- Create crossbars form the front coilover mounts and rear mounts
- get 2 inch shorter links for my sway bar as it hits the tub at full tuck
- install winch
- install lights ( front and rock)
- buy and install new harnesses
- install supercharger
- fix t case leak ( bad one)
- install new high flow PS pump
- make new fuel cell straps

I have no idea what the HP increase wil be.

And no its just a 4.0 wiht 40 k on it. This supercharger came off a truck with a 4.6 and a chip and it ran hot and pinged alot, probably form the chip not alowing the ecu to retart the timing enough. Not sure, im just gonna run it stock with a wide band, and tune from there...

Yup, always a list on the 90. I'm still getting that Toy diff project done. Been riding bikes too much. But I did get the axle prepped and dropped it off at my buddy's house so he can lay some TIG/MIG on it :D

wow Don sounds like me with my toy swap.....been like 8 months now that ive had to "new" axles kit in my garage......ive got the caps welded on now though so thats progress!

Lane: oh i though you kept the 4.6 oh well the 4.0 is good enough....it would be great to hear that 4.0 with the charger when you got it running!

OK the new rockstar fab bumper is in and on. It goes for powder coat next week.. very cool and high clearance.

OK today i got a little froggy and decided to use my old front nose off the truggy, and I made a drop down spare tire carrier. i goes off for blast and powder next week...

Some more updates.. cage is tied in, cb antenna is mounted, Most important bottle opener is installed covering the old fuel hole. Center cage cross support is almost done, just need upper diagonals bent for triangulated support. Will hook to the tube clamp on cage as seen in pics then will angle down behind seats to cross bar.

No rear winch, thats the old front end off the truggy, if i take the tire out I can bolt one in, its completely set up.

The do hickey under the corner guard is one of my LED rock lights under the truck..

And the buck wild racing slot is the beginning of the stickering. This will be towed to the hammers this year to be daves chase truck for his new race car....

Ohh yeah and the rear body mounts are getting cut off, as Im gonna take some round tube to convert the outer wings of the cross member..
