New Posts timeout

CVC, I'm on a page, reading a thread, then use the "back" arrow, get the pull-down for Search Results, so I can go back to the New Posts. No matter how long I've waited between searches, it shows that "Administrator only allows one search every 15 secs". I can "refresh" and it works ok. If I select "New Posts" twice within 15 secs, it properly shows the error message.

Yes, it is an adjustable setting to prevent flooding of the system.

Search slower.

no, that's not the problem... it's something to do with selecting a page using the back arrow button and the associated pull down menu, not the 15 sec time limit.

Ya lost me... how are you getting to the page to begin with? Are you using a search or the active topics? If possible walk me through the whole process so I can try to reproduce it.

Ok so it seems to be just happening on your MAC... if you dont mind post the version of browser you use on your MAC and I will look into it more with support.

it's 1.2.x (whatever the current version is). I can check tonite and post if you need it
