Is there any worth to getting the many CD Roms of shop manuals that are so abundant on eBay? I'm sure they're duplicated beyond belief; but for $4-6 average they seem pretty good. I wonder if anyone has them and does or doesn't recommend them.

Yeah, I bought one on eBay about a year ago... not bad...
it's the R.A.V.E. system that Land Rover uses. Had some
different models on there but not any NAS D90's ... had
the v8 and with some mixing & matching you could get some
decent shop work done.
Don't waste your money.
I'll send you one for nothing.

Cool! Thanks for the offer. How will it send- email or snail mail? I can give you either address.
I have to say the Rovers North catalog showed up (finally) and it was quite extensive for D-90 parts. I don't know how their parts prices compare with an official dealer though. Still learning. I also ordered the Haynes manual from UK. Should give me a more complete picture on maintenance, I hope.

Brian & Nick
You guys should take this to email (not PM's). While it is not my position, nor my desire to verify if Nicks media is genuine, original media, if Nick is offering to hook you up with original media he bought, thats very cool of him, but I do not wish to see this turn into a "Hey can I get a copy" thread.
Thanks guys! :)

Chris,
Gotcha... I just saw that nobody was answering him and I didn't want to see him send his money to some guy in the U.K. who's mass copied these and is making a quick buck. I had an LR Tech look at the CD and it is in fact genuine, just not specifically for NAS...
Anyways... Brian just email me your address and I'll send it out... no problem.
