I have never been able to understand/justify the high prices the powertank etc firms get for a onboard co2 system. I found a company that sells just fixed pressure regulator for these tanks for cheap. This company is having an unadvertised 15% of sale plus the reduced shipping costs . Screw one of these on one of the $75 aluminum 10 or 15 pound co2 tanks on ebay, fit a harbour freight or similar cheap coil airline and you are in business for well under $150 and it will all be brand new.

Remember most of those cheap regulators will freeze solid even in summer.

Eric,
this is the same one a friend had on his tank that I used a couple of weeks ago. Full tank no freeze up. Also its what ultimate air is selling as a replacement item for their setups. I'll report back @ some point after I have this thing put together and functioning.

Powertanks Rock! If you are going to go Frugal, spend a bit more on a good hose. The HF or other cheap hoses will freeze and crack on you.
