13 years old with that big of a rack? Thats crazy. When I was 13, no women that age had juggs anywhere near that. Someone told me there was an actual study into the earlier and earlier development of teenage girls and basicly pinned it on the hormones and stuff they feed to cows and chickens to promote more meat.

i did know a couple of 12/13 yos living in the c-cup range...they typically were the ones that wound up missing their high school graduations because they were at home taking care of their kids. :)

frankly, i found more controversy in her statement: "I don't think nothing was wrong with the dress." she should be sent back for grammar lessons.
