Same LR sold on CL for $1200 a few months ago. The current seller is trying to make his truck payments hence the big selloff. Nice enough guy on the phone. He sent me some pics, and it is not even worth what he paid for it...

Haha, yeah it looks like a series II

I'm holding out for the right year, but always curious when I see these. Dave, did you tell him that?

I am not quite ready to sell it, but when I am, you will have first dibs. In the meantime, you need to have a garage space ready to accept it. Or maybe 5 garage bays . . . .

Nope...his item, it is worth whatever he thinks it is to him. But if he wants to sell it then i suspect he will have to wait a long time or lower his price.

Except he probably thinks he has interest now since we emailed :)

He sent me some pictures too and it looks very rough. I told him I wasn't interested.

I missed this earlier. Yeah I'd better be first, and yes it might as well sit in the comfort of your garage until I have room for it in mine.

Donna nixed the purchase of a new home with room for a garagemahal, so we're back to the drawing board. Almost ready to slap another 2 car at the end of my driveway...

I'll be looking for a parking spot for a trailer soon :grin
