RR seats in 110

Anyone fit these? I'm especially keen on replacing the 110's second row seat with a RR's. Looks like an easy fit.

This is not an off road vehicle so comfort takes priority. The stock seat is not the best BY FAR!

This is the only place I've ever seen RR seats transplated into a 110 (http://www.badgercoachworks.com/page7.html). I think that there's a write up on the Source about installing seats from a Bravada into a D90 too if you're interested.

I have seen pics of the RR rear bench fitted in a 110, but no detail shots or explanations. So it can be done, and I plan on doing this myself at some point. Looks like the cutouts for the wheel wells in the RR bench will fit around the 110 wheel wells, but measurements need to be taken to be sure that there won't have to be mods made to the wells. Also, to get leg room, I think we'll have to lose two of the rear seats...

Badger seems to have fit the rear seat by only modifying the 110's mounting bracket.

I don't mind losing two of the rear folding seats as I use that space for tool boxes anyway..

I have seen few with the 2nd generation RR's and DiscoII seats. However, if you are planning on installing a power seats up front would need to remove the seat boxes to make'em work right.

If you do it don't forget to take pictures.

I can forgo power seats if they're too tall and/or I need to swap the steering wheel.

I also don't want to lose the storage space in the seat boxes so I will probably cut out a side panel for access and move the battery to the engine bay, hopefully.

In that case I would look for DiscoII non power cloth seats (cheap, and sites lower than the power seats), and re upholstery them to match your interior. Honestly I don't like the seats in the badger coachwork web site

Well, I'm starting from a need to replace the rear (second row) since that's the bigger discomfort. RR second rows seem to be a good fit which means I'll go with RR fronts. It all depends on what best fits the rear. I can always fit the fronts.

Funny the 04 comfort seats and my old X5 seats both gave me back pain :(

Damn, too bad you didn't want to do this about 4 months ago...I parted out a 1988 Range Rover...sent the rear seats to the dump after two tries on Ebay with no takers...and they were grey, too...oh well, next time.

I have a set of RR seats (front and back) tan leather, power, no rips from a 91 RR I am parting out.

I'm in NY but will be in Manchester, NH next week.
