I have listed my yellow 1994 Land rover D90 on ebay, heres the address ,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1994-Land-Rover-Defender-AA-Yellow-ST-SD-Roof-RACK-D90_W0QQitemZ120481074698QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Car s_Trucks?hash=item1c0d3b4e0a
or you can look it up by item number, Item number:120481074698 , on ebay.
Truck runs good, never "overheated" but does warm up under load, does have some rust, Ive tried to show w/ pics, motor was replaced prior to my purchase of the vehicle and has approx 8K miles, that is a guess based on what the previous owner has told me, Has A/C, roof rack, warn winch, the ST needs some work, there is a dent to the drivers front corner, have no clue as to where it came from, any questions feel free to shoot me an email, icurnmedic@yahoo.com , I would like to sell, but do not have to so please no ridiculous offers,http://www.d-90.com/forum/images/icons/icon12.gif ,title is in hand and carfax is clean , vin #SALDV2281RA943385 , may consider trades on a 2004 or newer LandCruiser, or Range Rover, comparable in price, thanks ,Thomas

My top from my 97 has that type of stitching...

I Believe the '97 Top had a 'stiffener' bar sewn into it there to help the door top seal better. My '95 Top does not have that stitching either..

Thanks for the interest, it did not sell on eBay so I have relisted, had a couple of offers, but nothing serious, here is the new link, price dropped, is getting close to the firm position but may still have a little wiggle room. Let me know if anyone is interested, Thanks

Hey Thomas- hope all is well. How about an '00 RR, we are second owner, wife's DD, partial trade? May be interested straight out, depending on the firm number :-)

Woah nice and clean looking seats. Do you know where they came from or was that a PO add-on?

Some pics as requested for the door bottom, as well as a better pic of the rear crossmember. Mileage up to 143+ now.
Also after looking, the top has a few additional tears as well, from when I was pulling on the other day. I am going to recommend full top replacement so that will no longer be in question.
Follow-up Post:
Also here is another top included.

Looks good Thomas- solid. The pads are from '94 to help reduce the flapping noice of the windows against the roll cage, and of course the extra top is the half, or Bikini top. Offer still good- headed to Ma. Tues to look at another though. Thanks for the pm update.

Anyone interested in this thing at $16.5k , FIRM? I have a couple of takers for slightly less, but really would like just a tad more. I thought it would have brought more given the shape of the vehicle, but I guess was wrong. If anyones interested contact me ASAP. icurnmedic@yahoo.com

Honestly I'm shocked no one is grabbing this at $16.5! I would guess it should go for at the least $18k?

Yeah , I am kind of shocked as well. I never would have thought that it would have stayed on the market this long for 18k or under. They are just to far and few between in this price range. Then again, geographically speaking, there just may be no one locally looking for one?

A lot has to do with the economy...and trouble finding a bank to finance it.

What is the status of this truck?
Is it still on the market and where is it now located?
Thanks,

I saw that also, but that auction closed in october, and the posts indicating the defender was still for sale into november. Maybe the ebay buyer backed out?

It was sold about two months ago, yeah the original eBay buyer did back out. Thanks for the inquiry.
