My T-case is leaking oil very heavily and I want to refill it for now. After searching it looks like I’m going with 75/90 oil but I have one question though. Where is the fill plug on the T-case, and is there any special tool I need to use?

Behind the drum brake, it's kind of hard to get to I use a tube that screws onto the top of the bottle then you can squeeze the bottle to get the oil in the T-case. You just stick a 1/2" drive into the plug on the t-case, like on the diffs.

On my 97 ST it is on the back of the t-case right next to the parking brake drum. To open it you need a 1/2inch square drive. It is a tight fit but just loosten it enough that you can unthread it by hand. Goood luck...

Awesome, found it. Thanks guys.

Now here comes the second question. My T-case is leaking from where the driveshaft bolts to, now I could have a bad seal but then something could be loose in there. Do you guys know the socket size for that big nut in the middle of the drum, assuming that nut holds the drum on right?

If it is the front, then i believe it is a 30mm

Not sure on size but tork it to 120 ftlbs per manual. It's less then 1 1/4" as thats the biggest socket I have.:)

I rebuilt a transfer box last year and 30mm rings a bell for the big nuts.
The seals are pretty straight foward to change but check the condition of the collar that it seals onto.

Yousef, if you replace the seal make sure you check the transfer box bearing. If thats gone bad it'll knock the new seal out faily quickly.

i don't think I'll do the seal myself, I just need to make sure everything is tight at the moment. My T-case is leaking like an open drain plug :(

The box is really easy if it's just seals, I needed to special tools except for a very large pair of circlip pliers
