Why would it? You'd have to remove them from the truck and leave holes...

If I had a 94 with the snaps I think I would leave it. My truck had the belt rail when I got it and yes it is nice but there is something about the snaps and the old school feel I wish I had.

And? I can't install the top without belt rails. It was a valid question.

But you can buy them separately for cheap, or fab your own for less. Not really my bidness though if dude wants to pull parts off his truck and sell them to you. :cool:
