94 hella edition colors -7 odd balls

I think there were 7 (edit there were only 4) D90s in 94, the "hella" editions that had special colors. what were the colors?

1. orange
2. Arizona blue
3. java green
4. lazer red

Anyone?

Arizona Blue 1
Epsom Green 1
Java Green 1
Lazer Red 1
Orange 1
Rioja Red 1

Anyone seen "lazer red" or "java green" the arizona blue one is at ECR now, I almost bought it a while back.

The owners out there? Anyone have access to find out who owns these? I can't find the VINs for rioja or epsom and I know Gil owns the orange.

I've heard Gil's D90 was a test color not a Hella edition color. I could be wrong though.

I think Gil's was one of the four (there were only four), hella edition is not their real name, just what someone called them as they had hella lights fitted and were supposedly in an add or something for hella.

I am working on finding the other two. Lazer red was a 94 rover color, and java green was a 70s range rover color but I am not sure it is the same java green. I really want to see the lazer red.

Hey Guys,

Per my contact at Land Rover North America the 4 special colors in 1994 were done for Hella Inc. as display cars for a show in Las Vegas in late 1994. They were custom ordered colors done for that show. According to my research, the Lazer Red 90 was originally sold to a customer in San Dimas, California. The Java Green 90 was sold originally to someone in Newport Beach, California, and then sold to someone in Capastrano Beach, California. Ron, I suppose you could run a CarFax using the VIN's you have if you really wanted to track them down! Good Luck!!

Kind of off the subject, but I saw an Arles Blue Disco I today. Was that a test color on the Disco? Looks much better on the 90.....

Hey Ron, since you are so good at finding these things out. How many coniston green 98 Disco's were made? I'm just currious since I have never seen another 98 that color. Lot's of 95s but, no 98s.
