Does anyone know if the wheels from a NAS D90 or D1 will fit on a 110 TD5? The axle's on a TD5 are fatter then on a tdi and the hub nut tool is also larger, making me think that the lug pattern my not work. Anyone know for sure? Thanks in advance.

There are some varying stud-lengths depending on what wheels were originally on it, but all defenders and d1s have 5 on 6.5 bolt pattern and the wheels should bolt up. Alloys from newer trucks won't necessarily fit properly on older axles for other reasons.

Yup, what Jim says.... all defender/90/110/130 and series 1,2 and 3, right up to the current Puma steel wheels will fit each other.

The HD "wolf" vented steel wheel is slightly thicker than the rest, but if you buy the LR "extended wheel stud", it's the same length as the alloy wheel type studs (which are identifyable by having a "-" stamped across the end of the stud)

300Tdi, Td5, puma and late 200Tdi axles are capable of fitting alloys, you can tell by a) the "-" stamped in the stud as above, and b) they'll have the thinner drive flange and small rubber end cap.

I had a 110 Td5 several years ago...it came with tube-type steel wheels.....replaced them with some Deep Dish alloys with no problem....the older 110's, can't remember the year change, couldn't wear alloys...had an older 110 that I was dying to put alloys on and I had a machine shop lathe out the alloys to make them fit.

the older 110's, can't remember the year change, .

Mid 1992, when they introduced disc braked rear axles.
