Anyone tried them ?
I want to move a few wood boards but i need
something easily removable, too many low
roof parking spots here.

Been buying Yakima products for 15+ years now. These are all over ebay and cragslist, so I wouldn't buy them new. They have been making these particular towers for 15yrs plus. You won't be disappointed. Trying another brand you may be disappointed. Thule's are considered nice as well, but I don't think they are of the same quality.
Good luck.

Julien,
That is what I have on my RRC, you have seen them. They would be perfect for what you need, easy to get on on and off and they have a good rubberized feet so they don't scratch.

Looks like nice stuff, but really, what if you monkey up one tower or a lock or the bars. That's the great thing about yakima and thule, they are everywhere and parts are no problem. Funny, the cargo boxes look like thule products.

You might need the taller version on a D-90.

I think so too. I got to know about them on EU based LR forums.
They seem to be quite famous in Europe, i'm surprised how few
infos on US market.
