I'm just now thinking of swaping t-cases to give the 5.0 transplant some legs on the freeway. Anyone interested in the 1.4 ratio case I have in my 110? I'll swap for a case with 1.2 ratio (standard d-90), but will need to move pretty fast as the driveline is going back in next week.

I would be interested in this. But, what would shipping be like to VA/CA?

a little off the subject but what 5.0 are you using in your cconversion? Ford???

I put the t-case swap on hold. The 5.0 is a 4.6 rover block with oversize crank that was built up by TVR Power in the UK for use in its Griffith line of sports cars. Should be fun, if it all goes together correctly. Fingers are x'd!

Dang Doug, that thing's out of a Griffith 500? 340 bhp@5500rpm, 350 lb.ft@3750 :crazy 0-60 in 4.6 secs - of course, that was when it was in a 2337 lb 2-seater, but still, should be fun :toast

That's the one! Built for the Griffith but never installed. It's brand new. I figure I won't get the the full hp/torque out of it because of intake and exhaust restrictions, but if I get 80% it'll still be more than sufficient.... ;) Cheers!
