36" TSL's on wheels

I have 5 - 36" SS TSL's on black PC Castor wheels. Tires used 3 times less than 1000 miles on them. They are Q78/16.

$1000 and I can meet anyone within 100 miles of Saratoga Springs, NY.

Might be interested in he wheels only if you ever decide to to sell apart.

Forgot to say I have brand new chains in the bags still for these that I'll throw in.

I'm interested in just the tires! They are radials rite, and do they measure 36" exactly or are they a little less?

Bob is on a plane to the DR to help build a field hospital right now but I am a good friend and can answer for him. He should be home in a week or two. They are bias ply TSLs, size Q78-16

Thanks Kevin, honestly I want to try the radials this time around.... I have bais TSL's now, and I do more driving on road than off and I think the size is also going to be a problem!
If you know anybody else that might be selling, I have to make a move soon... new or used! I want to stay with Super Swamper or similar (33"-34"x 10.50) and thanks again... and wishing for the best with Robert and his work!
