Does anyone have an extra ARB air locker install manual that they can scan or send me?

I just picked up a 2 that did not come with the manual and I would like to make sure I wire them correctly.

Thanks

Dave

I would love the manual to install an ARB locket in for the front diff of my '95 D90. That's a rover diff I believe.

Yep, I saw this. But the "front ARB install" part is still not updated! ;-)

It is the same as the rear. Just pull the axles out and pull the pumpkin. You just need circlip pliars to get the drive flange off the cv. If you can't get the pumpkin out I would not consider trying to set up an ARB.

Do you need directions for the compressor wiring or the ARB install?

I take that question for me then! :-)
- ARB install: the official install guide or anything beyond what is described on the D-90 Tech section would be nice
- the ARB compressor is already installed (rear locker in place and working), so unless there is anything I need to know about the wiring, I should be all set (electricity and air stuff I can manage! :-) ). I did read that "by default" the front locker can not be engaged if the rear locker is not.... I assume that is only true if you use the arb wiring harness/kit. (and I guess it is because the 12V that comes from the rear locker relay is also the 12V used as the input for the front locker relay.... In which case, bring in a 12V directly to the front locker relay would be extremely easy).

However, if you have leads on how to get cheap solenoid for the air setup that would work with the stock (?) ARB setup, that would be cool! :) I actually did not open the ARB locker box yet.... I have no idea what's in it (beside the locker itself).

I just had GBR put mine in the 3rds, I have the manual for the compressor wiring. But, didn't see any other manuals.

What about asking Bill at GBR for a fax on the instructions?

Well... I got my locker from ARB directly (long story short, won a discount coupon that made it cheaper than reseller can get... locker has been in the box for the last three years now....), so I don't think it would be fair for me to ask Bill for the instructions..... [But I can provide you with a fax number if you want to call him! :-)]

The ARB Locker install manual does not have any instructions on how to set up the diff assembly. It states to refer to the Land Rover Service Manual for installation.

The ARB Manual shows how to run the Air Lines, Tap the Case, Install the Banjo Air Fitting, etc.

I could copy the manual and fax it to you if you need it, but be forwarned it does not cover diff set up!
