Ive got 2 bfg all terain ko's that are the same size as stock (265/???), and ive got two regular bfg at's. So basically i have two new all terains and two of the old ones (but they look almost the same). I had to do this because the person i bought the car from obviously didnt get the tires switched, so the front had no tread while the back had about 75% left.

Ive been considering the rock sliders. Does anyone know what kind i should get, and where to get them... the Most four wheeling i do around here is in mud and water, rarely on rocks or anything similar....What about a snorkle?

What is this "8 feet of 3/4in ID 1/4" wall tubing"

The first $500 I spent on my stock D90 I bought in July went on shocks and springs (ARB shocks and OME HD front and MD rear from EE). After that, it went like this. I added front and rear diff guards from AB, southdown steering guard from RN, ARB bumper from EE, Mantec sliders from RN, rear pinion guard from RW and finally 255 BFG MTKM's from Fred's down on 2nd Avenue:cool:

I think the 1st accessory you should always get is a winch. It'll be over $500, unless you get a used one, but I personally think its the best mod I ever got. I've got lockers, swampers, and all that, but they can't do anything for me if i get stuck.

I have Shrockworks sliders and I like them. Well made and easy to install, but you have to paint/powder coat yourself. Bill Burke's look nice too. Jim at Shrockworks (check the Products Reviews link above) is happy to customize as you like. Although I don't think you have to worry about a lot of rocks in NC, he "could" make in 1/4" instead of 3/16". One thing I like about other brands are that they stick out a bit further, allowing you to use the slider as a step and it keeps the rocks a little further from the truck. I'm sure he could modify his design if you wanted him to.

I'd also vote for diff guards. I don't run my truck that hard, but invariably, it's the diff (guard) that hits on every run.
