Burnt up D-90 in Las Vegas?

There was a post a while back (and I am not entirely sure it was on here) about a white Defender 90 in Las Vegas that had suffered an engine fire. The fellow who owns it bought it for his wife as a Resto project but could not get it done it time. So he bought another D-90.

Does anyone remember this and could point me to some contact info for him?

I could be wrong, but I think it sold on eBay some time ago for around $10k.

It's not really worth what he wants since it's missing the top, half the roll bar and needs at least $6-8K in work doing most of the labor yourself.

I'd give him $7K at MOST for it. Considering it's another $1400-1500 to truck it to me since it doesn't run.

EDIT: and yes I saw it on ebay again recently as well. If I lived in Vegas I would go have a look and maybe it would be worth closer to $10K....... but I doubt it, just too many parts to buy. These trucks are not quite the "investment" they used to be and I would not want more than $14-15K into that one all said and done.
