On the defender it fits on the hood. I will see if I can find the pic, im thinking of.

I heard these do not work at all with a heavy vehicle. Think loaded for overland. I met a guy with a toyota that had one (similar) and he said it did not work for squat with his loaded rig. I could only see digging a nice trench with that thing when really stuck. Just something to think about.
Personally I am moving towards the two hijacks and 4 waffle boards for travel related recovery.
On another note... the X-brake is so tits. I saw a setup with a steel braided cable and a pad lock on the brake handle as an anti-theft device.
Group buy?

I've got the x-eng handbrake on my 110. excellent bit of kit. holds the vehicle perfectly.
