Can you reuse con rod bolts?

Title says it all...just can't recall if they are stretch bolts or reusable...

I mentioned this in another post. I don't know when they changed but the rod bolts in my 2003 4.6 were stretch bolts.

FWIW I've been reading the engine overhaul manual for my 3.9 and they don't mention the need to use new con rod bolts, whereas they do specifically say not to reuse head bolts on some engines. So if it's for your D90, I'd guess they can be reused.
