So thinking about breaking my own rule and going out on Sunday. I usually like to go out Saturday so if the rover breaks I have Sunday to fix it. Anyone want to join? We are going to get a bunch of rain in the next 24hrs so It should be fun by Sunday.

I have gotten a few recomendations just haven't had the time to go out and get quotes. If you hear of any good shops in the westside or hollywood area, I am all ears.

Sorry, I can't make it. You won't have anyone to unflop. My D90 is in the body shop getting unflopped and I will be attempting to drive my new RRC up to Sacramento this weekend. I'll let you guys know where on the I-5 I break down.

You have 3 rovers and want to ride shotgun. Personally i think you are missing out on the best part of land rover ownership which is enjoying these trucks offroad.

I would tend to want to wait on new shoes before doing much since I currently have no spare but I'm sure I can just follow the line Brian and/or Barry will take and be just fine :rolleyes

holy open diff on that RR batman... I was expediting shipping on a set of tires but if I can bum a spare KM from you I can run for now as is...

I'll need to find time at some point to get my sliders sorted but I'm not sure I can do _that_ much more damage to my doors/body so I'm not desperately worried about it...

wow... lol, they're in better shape then mine

mine are sliced, chunked and cracking... but I kept running with them until I sliced the sidewall of one then I got skeered...

so when are we going? the 24th?

These things are mint. They were never run offroad and very light on road use. Guy i bought it from ran 36" swampers on and offroad.

24th might work. Still snow up there so all the other kids will probably get scared off but we can run it.
