i will have to dig them out for pics. no belts. you can buy stainless hardware cheap at any hardware store. i will include hardware if i can dig some up, no promises. but, the seats are in good shape as well as the framing. i will probably post some pics this weekend. thanks

Pictures. Seats have no holes and are in nice shape. Wouldn't hurt to respray the brackets. They have been in the barn for a while.
