I'm importing a container of Sankey Trailers into Canada in the next few weeks if anyone is interested. The current 'starting price' is $1750 and they will all be over 15 years old but in good condition and converted to flat-connector civilian electrics and a break-away cable fitted and a NATO pintle jaw will be included.

Depending on how many we manage to fit into the container and some other variables they could also come down in cost.

If the US enforces the 25 year age limit on trailers as well (as we do in Canada) if someone is interested in one contact me and I'll see if they have any drum braked ones that will conform to those limitations.

I am also going to strip some of them, blast and galvanize the chassis and fit them with NAS-spec lighting and make other minor changes to make them look more Defender-ish. These ones will start at $2500 or so.

That is the letter of the law here

What makes a Sankey better than an M101? M101 has hoops and canvas. Psst, Doug...there's a few on Government Liquidation for sale in both Ft Meade and Richmond.
