300 Tdi services in New England

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping to find a near-by artisan to check out the cylinder head on my 300 Tdi. No issues at all with the head. I'm just sending sttuff out to be checked out as part of a considerable restoration now underway.

Is there anyone that is familiar with working with anyone that is very knowledgable with these engines, preferably in the Northeast. If I have to settle on sending it to some distnat place I'll do that but thought I'd check for local shops first.

I've had a lot of diesel work done at Tri State Automotive in Brattleboro, VT. No idea how close you are, or if they are even still in business, but the were/are a really good shop. This was 25+ years ago.

Try e-mail instead. I seldom hear the phone during the day, and then i might ignore it 'cause the shop is pretty darn busy.
