I've seen these -> http://www.quadratec.com/products/12107_902.htm
and these -> http://www.amazon.com/KC-Hilites-7307-Round-Clamp/dp/B0030M0WQM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=automotive&qid=1276112114&sr=8-3
but $20/mount seems a bit steep, there's got to be a way out there that somebody has figured out from home depot parts, etc. I'm using 3 x Hella 500's that I've had left over from old projects years ago.
Thanks in advance

can't, rubberized OEM NAS brushguard, plus i'd like it to be removable eventually and don't want to deal with the rubber chipping away.

Those straps in the first link look like the kind of thing you could get at home depot, but I'd be suspicious of the strength and they will likely end up rusting.
The NAS brush guard I have on Janey has two holes in the center cross bar - can't you use those?

Nice and cheap !
2 muffler shakles
3 ft aluminum angle
Go get 2-3 feet of aluminum angle iron
cut with hack saw to just past a frame of your brush bar
drill holes for your light where you need them
cut slits for flat part of Muffler clamp/ shackle
pant black
bolt on.
it's not show room quality but it works.

How about a stainless cushioned loop clamps? I've never used these so I don't know how strong or susceptible to bending they are.

How about weight clamps?

I think OEM brush guard is 1.25" but they have other sizes.
