Just to file in the oddball file.
Here is a true 1994 NAS 90 that is one of the 4 that never made it to the USA. It is owned by a friend in the UK.

That is interesting.

Were NAS 90's even legal for registration in the UK at the time, or is this simply a lucky case of one "slipping through the cracks".
