I purchased an 85 defender 90 in Toronto. The vehicle is a rhd 90 with the 2.5 non turbo diesel. I have wanted this since I was a kid. Here it is.

Awesome truck. What are you planning to do to it. Honestly I wouldn't do a thing to it cosmetically unless there is rot. Maybe I would put matte flairs on it and 130 steel wheels but nothing else.
Please dont put boost wheels on it.

Looks really nice and original for a UK 1985. Congrats.
What are your plans? Like bjf, I would tend to leave it be, other than maybe consider a LHD and 200tdi conversion.

There is some in the footwells on both side. I'm not fond of the color. I have always wanted to have a yellow one. I'm going to get the hard top off and put an NAS roll bar on. The 200 TDI is always a thought.

Thats sweet, maybe the NAS SW cage's would do some good on there, seeing as these have little protection in case of rollover.

of course getting my 68 hp car to roll over would be very impressive. The vehicle comes back yellow today so I'll throw some pics up

Here are a few more pictures. I got to grab a camera and not take pics from a phone.
