NLX has almost finished the build of the 130 wagon. We have just a few more details to finish. More pic to come when we get the new fairlead, winchline, rear light and interior done.
We will be taking the 130 to Central America in the spring to be used as our guide vehicle, in the mean time check it out at the LR National Rally in Moab.
Thanks fo looking,
James

Very nice!
I really like how you tastefully painted the Hella bezels orange. settle not over the top
what tint do you have on your windows?
is your truck Beluga Black? the window tint seems to match the paint too

Thanks, the truck is actually Niagra Grey with a black hood. It looks black until you are in direct sun. We will be painting the wheel arches black as well.
The tint is black limo in the rear and smoke in the front.

I think you can get a couple more NLX decals on there

What bumper are you using? Looks like a custom job with inspiration from some other bumper styles.

Thanks for the kind words, the bumper is Rovertym.
Yes, we are out of space for NLX stickers but I saved room in the back for one that says

Hey, with a Rovertym bumper you need represent and route that winch line through the second D ring too. That's an old school Rovertym gang-sign that goes way back. :) Steve would be proud!

Very Cool. I've always like 130SW's. There is an aussie that dis an awesome pop top on one.
Though I do have to ask, whats up with the black? Looks good but isn't it a bit hot for traveling?

Thanks,
Strange enough we have had no real heat issues with the black trucks. I'm sure plenty of people will want to chime in and argue that point but that has been our experience. We have run white, green, grey etc..
I think the key to keeping the truck cool is the tint. We have found huge differences between our blk trucks with tinted windows and our lighter colored trucks with no tint. We have run them in the deserts of the south west, the Sahara, tropical West Africa & Central America and we are never overly hot.
This truck is actually Niagra Grey. Only one of our 110's & our 90 are black.
