Yes I know it will be expensive, and yes I plan on doing it. I am just looking for ideas that I might not think of to make this project a little easier on me mentally and financially. I would like to do a 5 door county with a 4.6 and a ZF automatic transmission. I am looking for resources to answer questions as well as buy parts necessary for the buidout.

Call and talk to George at www.roversdownsouth.com. He's got most of what you need!

Yup, call George. I think my next project in a few years is a 110 double cab pickup.
It would be very easy to pick up a salvaged title 110 (their are a number out there that have burned up), and rebuild it with a full body from RDS.

Spoke to George on Monday. David that's what I was thinking would be the easiest way to do it.

A well worn NAS 90 (blown engine, rusted frame) would be my ideal donor.
Don't try to do it from parts, it will drive you nuts finding them all unless you like to spend lots of money. Ask me how I know :)
With a 90 as a donor it would not be hard to convert to 110. especially if you were willing to keep the rover type rear axle.
