i have been working on my rover build every spare moment i have lately, which isnt alot.
im using defender brake and clutch pedal boxes i salvaged from a burnt 95 nas 90. these items as well as a few others im refurbishing were quite rusted as the burnt defender was left exposed to the elements .
here are a few pics of ome of the items that i sand blasted and powder coated myself.
these are just a few of the items i did this weekend. i have done most if not all of the engine accessory brackes so far.

from left to right: engine mount bracket clutch pedal radiator bracket and clutch pedal box.

Looks good. Are you powdercoating at home?

partnered up with a local welding and powder coating shop on a much larger project and access to equipment is one of the perks. i have done all of the engine accessory brackets, tranfer case mounts and many other little things so far. my next venture will be to powder coat the top side of the inner fender wells. my goal is to have a really clean and well put together engine bay.
p.s. thanks for the compliment.

the power steering fill holder and air filter horn were bad, well atleast i thought so. but after a good blasting and coating they look like new. not sure why i did the air filter housing im sure i will not be using it.
