A few rovers are going to run Blanca peak trail this weekend . Would love to see more folks join along. I dont know of the line up But Hans myself and a few Solihull folks for sure. We will leave trailhead Sat morn and drive up to como lake. We will spend the night at lake and return on Sun. This trail is one of the Colo classics. Books claim it is Colo most difficult trail{That is a big joke when compared to any of the newer xtreem trails locally}. This trail is no more difficult than Holy cross city, but with some heart raising drop offs. I drove Mt Antero last weekend, and although the wheeling was pretty cream puff, it had drop offs that were more attention getting than Blanca. Best month to see sights and color. JP
