Upper door removal and instal

I have the quick nuts and the AB Stainless door pins. Drivers side goes in and out real easy. the passenger is a fight to get on and off. I was thinking about using a drill bit to deburr the holes. Does this sound safe? Anyone else have this problem?

take a file to them. the drill should work too.

Yup, used a round file and cleaned up the hole. Both sides go in easy. I also coat the new stainless pins with a lite bath of lithium grease before I re-install the windows.

I'm having the same problem.
After filing should I paint the wholes w/Rustolium or the like?
