This is a highly optioned solid truck with aprox 98k orig miles. How clean is it? Well, we just did a 4" lift with new springs/shocks and didn't break a single 35 year old bolt!! This beast also got new 285/75-16 Dick Cepek m/t tires on new black steel wheels. New body mounts, oem. Original equipment includes a/c, tilt wheel, 345 V-8 w/ auto tranny, dash mounted pull for 4WD(very rare I'm told), locking hubs, hardtop never removed, etc. I have a good many spares with this truck including radiator, new top seals should you want to remove it- the whole back of the truck is full of spare parts. Also have owners manual as well as shop manuals in original binders.
Asking $15k, but open to offers. Pics forthcoming...

I had a '61 scout 80. Different body style, but these things are beasts and unstoppable. They are like rovers in that they do like to rust (a lot worse) though.

iirc, a few years ago when I was into them, the places to sell a Scout were fleabay, binderbulletin.org, and old.anythingscout.com.

GLWS.

Awesome looking truck. Always loved them. Used to be one in Hoboken (for Horsey to stalk).

Hows it ride?

Thanks Barry- she is sweet, and the ride isn't bad for a leafer- better than a Series on stock springs. The big difference is the amount of interior room- huge, and still 100" wheelbase.
