Wanted to know if anyone was in the Moab area and wanted to do some trails btw August 12 and 19. Leaving NY on sunday the 9th and should arrive in Moab the 11th sometime during the day. This is going to be my first time in Moab, so any adive/guidance on the trails would be much appreciated. Also, what is the rule on camping out there? Does one have to camp only in designated areas or can you camp anywhere on the trail? I was looking around briefly on the park website but only found info on the desiganted camping sites.
